Direct access to the beach for this two-storey villa ideal for 10 people, with free parking in front of the house and its garden equipped with a wooden terrace, deckchairs, barbecue and ping-pong table. On the ground floor, fitted kitchen, two lounges with TV and WIFI, shower room. Adjoining annex with its fitted kitchen, bedroom with shower room. Upstairs, two bedrooms and their bathroom. End of stay cleaning and linen mandatory (sheets, towels, bath mats and kitchen towels).

I had reserved the property to be close to the wedding at the Martray. I fell in love with the large outdoor wooden terrace that promises convivial moments. We drank an aperitif on the cozy lounge on the terrace the first evening and made a barbecue. For our last evening, we organized an indoor dinner for 16 people, which was facilitated by the beautiful large table and the very pretty chairs. The main kitchen has a generous work area that allows for conversation while preparing dinner. The interior of the house has been redone with a sober and efficient maritime decoration. Martray beach is a few meters away. We were very careful when leaving the property by car, it would be advisable to cut the hedge to improve visibility on cars arriving from the left.
