Come and recharge your batteries in this pleasant house located near the shops and the beach. This peaceful accommodation will offer you a relaxing stay for the whole family or with friends. You will be seduced by the bright living spaces and the large garden with trees. The house offers a living room with open kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The sleeping area is made up of four bedrooms, including three bedrooms in the main house and a suite in the annex. One of the bedrooms in the main house is a suite with a 140x200 cm double bed, a desk, a shower room and separate toilets. The second bedroom has a 140x200 cm double bed and the third bedroom has a sofa that can be converted into two single beds or a double bed, and a desk. A bathroom with washing machine and independent toilets are also available in the main house. The annex, which enjoys a lovely view of the garden, includes two 80x200 cm single beds that can be combined into a 160x200 cm double bed, a shower room and separate toilets. Outside, a beautiful enclosed garden without vis-à-vis invites you to share moments of conviviality. You can park your vehicle on the plot or outside in front of the house (free parking). You can also bring in the bikes without difficulty and store them in the beautiful space at the entrance of the house.
