You can enjoy excellent comfort, quality equipment, refined decoration, all in a quiet environment, close to the beach and the village center. This villa built in 2018 by an architect will seduce you for sure. Weekly rentals, weekends possible on request (3 nights minimum) In this luxury villa, with contemporary furniture, you will find five bedrooms, three with 160x200 beds, one with a 140x200 bed and a fifth with 4 single beds of 80x200. 3 shower rooms and a bathroom, 3 toilets, fireplace with closed hearth, television, internet, wifi, 8x4 infinity pool secured with electric rolling shutter heated from April to October (depending on the weather). Very well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, plate warmer, dishwasher, refrigerator. A scullery with fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer.
Outside, a magnificent south-facing terrace, a roller shade sail, deckchairs, tables and chairs for meals, plancha, ping-pong table. You can park your vehicles inside the villa.
