The accommodation is fully equipped and is perfect for a tourist stay with friends or family. The house is large, spacious, and very bright, and features a large garden with an area equipped with garden furniture. The house has a separate entrance.
There are three bedrooms, each with a double bed and large walk-in closets. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and kettle.
You will also have Netflix at your disposal, accessible on both televisions, but also a washing machine, an ironing board, and a large gas barbecue on the terrace, with a fire pit.
Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost.
The neighborhood is quiet. The house is close to Place d'Antioche with its market and a Carrefour Contact supermarket. An 8mx3m in-ground pool completes the property. The pool is closed from October to May and is not accessible during these periods.
The Île de Ré, nicknamed "Ré la Blanche" (White Ré) for its traditional, light-colored houses, is the fourth largest island in France. With 100 km of cycle paths, horseback riding, and salt marshes to explore, boredom is never an issue. In Ars-en-Ré, the church and port are worth exploring. To enjoy fresh fish or oysters, the ideal place is in Saint-Clément des Baleines, where the 57-meter-high Phare des Baleines will amaze young and old alike. The Île de Ré has everything to please, whether you're staying with family, friends, or even alone.
